Falling Leaves

In front of our house is an "Island" where two streets Y.  On the Island is a maple tree. Every fall it turns bright orange and is absolutely beautiful. It is always the first tree to turn and loses its leaves quickly. Although we only have it for a short time, it makes our fall every year.

Of course once the leaves start to fall, the real fun begins.  Here are 4 of my kids and some of the neighbor kids "raking" the leaves:

Our neighbors also have six children, all close in age to our kids, so they always have fun together. Here are 4 of their kids, 4 of mine(the older girls and babies are missing) and Abby (another neighbor and friend):
