HAPPY HALLOWEEN !!!!!

What a fun, busy weekend.  It started  on Thursday with Trick or Treating.  In our town we have trick or treating on Thursday if Halloween falls on a weekend.  It is always alot if fun.  Our kids went with the neighbor's kids.  Their little boy is a week younger than Ilana and they are so cute together.  They walked around the neighborhood holding hands. Patrick decided he was too old to trick or treat and stayed home with daddy and Peyton to hand out candy.  I did make him him dress up for pictures.  The other kids were animals, so I dressed him up in Kevin's hunting clothes as a bow hunter.  It made a cute picture.

Friday, the 30th was Peter Eyob's 6th birthday.  It started with a field trip to the apple orchard.  He starts Pre K on Monday and they invited him to come on the field trip to meet his classmates.  We were excited to learn one of his friends from last year is in his class.  Then we went to Isabella's class party. It was a fun day.

That evening we took all the kids and their cousins to build a bear for a mini party for Peter.  The kids had a great time.  We went to the food court and had ice cream cake and opened presents.  We even had time to play a little at the play place.  The kids were exhausted and fell right to sleep when we got home.

At 9:30 that night Leah Christine Cox was born - so now Peter Eyob shares his birthday with his cousin.

On Halloween we went to TANA Ethiopian restaurant to meet with other Ethiopian adoption families for our monthly meeting.  The kids wore their costumes and colored Halloween pictures. Everyone enjoyed the food and company.

Finally, Sunday November 1st , Peyton was 4 months old.  Alot of exciting things should be happening for our baby soon.  He will start eating cereal soon and in the next couple months he will learn to sit unsupported and roll over.  We all love this little guy and enjoy watching him grow.
