Well after Patrick started school on September 2nd, it was time for Mommy to return to work on September 3rd and on the 4th the BIG DIG began. Since we are out growing our house(we have twice as many kids as we did 3 years ago at this time), we decided to add some space. When we are done, we will have a new garage and a new master bedroom and another bathroom and more storage space below the garage. Hopefully that will give as plenty of room to grow. (Eventually we will finish the old garage to give us another bedroom and bathroom). So therefore on the Friday after school started we saw this drive up in front of our house.

As you can see, the single lane driveway is now a double lane. The new addition will be built in the hole at the end of the drivevway. Of course the children were so excited to see the progress.
